- Start laying sheets over the gutter with a 7 cm overhang. Installation can be on either full deck (recommended) or on discontinuous support. On discontinuous support, the span between purlins must be 37 cm. Minimum Pitch required : 5° (5°-10° pitches require full deck). Lay sheets in the opposite direction to the prevailing winds. Stagger the rows, by starting the second row with a half sheet. To ensure full waterproofing, align the two overlapping lines (overlap by 15 cm). A minimum of 15 fixings should be used per sheet. Always fit on the fixing through the top of the corrugation, ensuring the right order and in between the two overlapping lines. Wait to fix the last corrugation until you overlap it with the next sheet. The aesthetics and wind uplift protection can be optimised by using the verge element accessory, which is fixed first on the sidewall, and then on the top of the corrugation. The overlap must be 12 cm. Cover the ridge with the standard ridge and fix it on each side of the roof, on top of each corrugation. The direction of the overlap is opposite to the direction of the prevailing winds. The overlap must be 12 cm
