This cable is connected in a ‘straight through’ format and not ‘cross over’. ‘Cross over’ cables are usually used for connectinig 2 computers together without there being a Hub/Router in between.

Moulded RJ45 connectors with strain relief – Enables the cable to be bent in a multitude of directions without breaking.
Durable PVC jacket – The thick jacket helps to protect the cable against wear and tear.
Wiring -The cable is wired ‘straight through’ under the TIA/EIA-568-B standard. This is exactly the same as TIA/EIA-568-A except the wiring scheme has the colours laid out in a different order.
