Examples of equipment that use this adapter are; LCD monitors used for computers or just as TVs. Some HDTVs, Graphics cards, projectors. For instance, the component connection on this adapter could be plugged into a projector to create a DVI-I input.
Please make sure that the piece of equipment that is being used with the DVI-I part of this adapter is transfering a DVI-A signal and is compatible with component/YPbPr signals or else it will not work.
