A lesser-known houseplant that is beginning to become more popular. It is fairly robust and easy to care for thanks to its thick, leathery leaves that make it pretty tough
- Watering instructions – Allow compost surface to dry out between waterings. Do not allow the pot to sit in water or let the compost become soggy
- Instructions for care – Ideal for a bright spot, out of direct sunlight. Minimum room temperature 12°C, but it will be happier in warmer rooms. Place away from heat sources such as radiators
- Feeding instructions – Feed once a month with a balanced houseplant fertiliser in spring and summer
