Our hit and miss fence panels have a profiled timber frame mitred at the corner – not just nailed slats. The clever hit and miss panel design allows some wind to pass through, so offering less wind resistance. These fence panels come in a choice of heights and are 1.83m (6ft) wide. Our handcrafted hit and miss fencing panels are so called because the pales or boards are alternately fixed on the front and the back of the panel with an over-lap to create a stylish hit and miss pattern and look just as good from both sides, so you and your neighbour both have the best looking side of the fence. They are built using planed boards so the finish is smooth and gives a high quality feel. A vertical version of hit & miss panels are also available offering a different look. If you need a narrower panel to complete your fence, simply use the matching Width Adjustment Kit but please remember to treat any cut ends with Jakcure® End Grain Preservative. Note: Horizontal Hit & Miss fencing panels do not provide total privacy. Panels are 1.83m wide, framing 45mm x 51mm and are recessed to take boards. Horizontal boards 95mm x 8mm with internal battens 50mm x 12mm. All timber is planed all around and are supplied in natural cure treated timber – manufacturer guaranteed for 25 years. All fixings are stainless steel. Available in a choice of height options.
