Description
The Tate (Previously known as Kingspan) Alpha III Pedestal meets the PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU spec’s heavy and extra heavy grade specifications. To ensure electrical continuity, Alpha pedestals are made of zinc-plated steel and come pre-assembled to save time during installation.
A locking nut on the pedestals ensures that the pedestal head does not move until it is balanced and protected. The heads of the pedestals are built to accommodate a variety of support stringers. The heads of the pedestals are built to accommodate a variety of support stringers.
To ensure that the panels are properly aligned, the head caps have a 90mm diameter. Adjustment is nominally +/-40mm with a range of floor heights varying from 250mm upwards; less on lower void heights.
