- This slim line over fascia ventilator ensures a flow of air into the roof space between the felt and the fascia board.
- Designed to discreetly ensure a positive airflow into the roof space between the felt and the fascia board, making it ideal for new build and re-roofing situations were a 25mm airflow is required.
- Can also be fitted in a flat roof abutment detail.
- Consists of evenly spaced opening specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
- Provides 25,000mm² airflow per meter.
- Fits with all roof tiles and slates.
