Function: This Metal Perimeter Trim is specifically designed for rubber roofing systems, providing a sleek, professional finish at roof edges. It’s ideal for creating a water diversion back onto the roof, such as in Kerb Edge applications.

Installation Tip: For Kerb Edge setup, you’ll need to first install a tanalised wooden batten on the roof deck. This step is crucial before laying down the EPDM membrane.

Dimensions:

• Available Drop Heights: 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm
• Width of the Top Edge: 40mm
• Drip Extension: 10mm

Appearance: The trim comes in black, with Plastisol coating on the exterior side for added durability and aesthetics.

Package Contents: Each pack contains one trim piece, complete with 40mm self-sealing Hex Fasteners for secure installation.
